Laughter Yoga is a worldwide practice that enhances happiness, concentration, creativity, confidence and wellbeing. The focal point of this practice is to “laugh for no reason” and exercise the internal muscle of joy as an important tool to cope with life’s challenges and to create meaningful relationships. You will learn to laugh, breathe and be playful with ease in a group.
Laughter Yoga was founded in 1995 in India by Madan and Madhuri Kataria and has since expanded to over 100 countries with thousands of Laughter Clubs all over the world.

Eva is a joy coach, communication trainer and laughter yoga teacher who helps people connect with their source of happiness and creative power, so that they can grow and develop their unique pathway towards their goals. She is passionate about laughter and how quickly it opens minds and hearts to playful connections and liberating experiences.
