Friday 17:00: The Secrets of Mindfulness & Meditation, a 'Mindful Welcome' (60 minutes)

A clear and accessible workshop on what these powerful and enriching practices are and what they can bring to your weekend and your life. The teachings are clear, pragmatic and whilst classically trained in the traditional Eastern schools, Damian uses a series of accessible exercises and clear explanations informed by recent scientific understandings of the mind and happiness.

Saturday 08:00: Guided Mindfulness and Meditation with Damian (60 mins)

Beginning with a little gentle Qigong to wake the body, followed by a short explanation of the practices and and two 20 minute guided meditations to cultivate more mindfulness and joyful ease. There will be a chance to ask any questions at the end.


Sunday 10:00  Guided Mindfulness and Meditation with Damian (60 mins)

Ease out of the party and into the day with meditations to recharge the body, mind and soul. Beginning with a little gentle Qigong to wake the body, followed by a short explanation of the practices and and two 20 minute guided meditations to cultivate more mindfulness and joyful ease. There will be a chance to ask any questions at the end.
